My Story...

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work at The Boulevard Company.

 

That said, in my experience as Charleston real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, We have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

I have over 17 years Real Estate experience in the Charleston-Tri County area with a background in Property Management, which helps me specialize and work with investors and out of town buyers. I work with a boutique firm, The Boulevard Company. I have always loved to focus in the Historic downtown district and Northern Peninsula, but specialize in many areas of Charleston including the beaches & coastal areas. Folly Beach, SC is my home & where I spend most of my time. I love watching a good renovation project and have the skills to help you make the right decisions on choosing a good investment. I know the market & I am ready to help you!
